Safety is Our Exploring Goal!

ORANGekik e-Scooters have been designed to reflect this goal.

Reflective Safety Applique applied to sides and front of the e-Scooters provide additional visibility. Safety Instructions are adhered to the battery box on every e-Scooter in our Fleet.

Safety is Our Exploring Goal!

Use Bike Lanes

Obey Bicycle Traffic Laws!

Bicycle lanes help to keep Orangekik e-Scooter riders safe. Bike lanes are designated with bicycle pavement markings and arrows that direct cyclists in the direction to travel. Bike lanes enable riders to ride at a comfortable speed without interference from prevailing traffic conditions and facilitate predictable behavior and movements between e-scooter riders and motorists. They improve traffic flow because everyone knows exactly where they belong.

This does not relieve the ORANGekik e-Scooter Rider from the duty of using due care for his or her own safety.

Use Crosswalks

Use Crosswalks

Obey Pedestrian Traffic Laws! When no bicycle lane is available, use the sidewalk.

Crosswalk countdown signals create a more predictable crossing environment and give adequate warning to riders attempting to cross a roadway. At all crosswalks, both marked and unmarked, it is the rider’s responsibility to be cautious and alert, looking both ways before starting to cross the street.

Caution is required to avoid constant changes in the sidewalk terrain. Foot traffic, bicyclist, curbs, and signs are also hazards for the Rider. Using the e-scooter bell will Alert pedestrians to your approach.

This does not relieve the ORANGekik e-Scooter Rider from the duty of using due care for his or her own safety.
